SHIPPING

At Ri Noor, many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and in stock for quick shipment. In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. For items which are pre-order, a customer service representative will contact you with specific details. Pre-order items generally ship within 3 weeks.

Shipments are delivered by UPS Ground service. The flat-rate cost of shipment of any piece from Ri Noor is $20.00 and includes appropriate insurance of goods. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Ri Noor is pleased to ship internationally. Just select the corresponding option when proceeding through our checkout. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The purchaser is responsible for any of these charges which may occur.

SALES TAX 

We are required by law to charge sales tax for items shipped to Maryland.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Ri Noor items. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us by email at customercare@rinoor.com within 48 hours to initiate a return. Returns received within 7 days will receive a full refund, less delivery fee, when received in original condition and in original packaging. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Pre-Orders and custom orders are not returnable.

Ri Noor offers a return label for shipping for the cost of $15.00 which is deducted from the return amount. 

DAMAGES

Our products are well-packaged to protect against damage during delivery.If an item does arrive damaged, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
